Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and materials must be included.

U.S. returns: we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. International returns: customers pay return shipping and applicable duties/taxes.


🌍 International Orders – Return Policy

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import fees associated with the return.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

  • All international returns must meet the same condition requirements: unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items 

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that show signs of use or installation may incur a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Returns must be in original, resellable condition to qualify for a full refund.

  • Restocking fee (if item used/installed or missing parts): Up to 100% may apply. We’ll itemize any deduction with photos and reason in your refund notice.

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.


💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days after we receive a package.

Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Refund Method & Timeline: After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days; bank posting times may vary.
Exchanges: Return for refund and place a new order.
